Ingredients for Doughnuts:

Flour 1 kg
Caster sugar 4 ounces
Butter melted 200 gm
Salt 1 tsp
Instant yeast 2 tbsp
Eggs 4
Powder milk 1 cup
Warm water to knead

Ingredients for Chocolate Frosting:

Icing sugar 1 cup
Butter 1 tsp heaped
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp leveled
Water 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Glazed Doughnuts:

Icing sugar as required

Ingredients for Strawberry Glazed:

Icing sugar 1 cup
Water 2 to 3 tbsp
Strawberry essence 1 drop
Pink color 1 drop


Method for Doughnuts:

1. Take one bowl and add flour, caster sugar, butter melted, salt, instant yeast, eggs and powder milk in it and knead with warm water as required.
2. Now put into greased bowl for one hour and leave it when it becomes double.
3. Then make this dough into equal balls.
4. Then put into foil of tray and press it and make a hole in the center with small round cutter, in order that it becomes in shapes of doughnuts.
5. Cover it and leave it for 35-45 minutes.
6. Then deep fry it in slow flame.

Method for Chocolate Frosting:

1. Add icing sugar, butter, cocoa powder and water in one pan, prepare it and cool it.
2. When it becomes light thick, then dip doughnuts in it or roll into any decoration or in white chocolate or in nuts.

Method for Glazed Doughnuts:

1. Roll fry doughnuts into icing sugar as required on both sides.

Method for Strawberry Glazed:

1. Add icing sugar, water, strawberry essence and pink color in one pan and prepare it till it becomes thick.
2. Now dip fried doughnuts into glazed.
3. Then sprinkle pink sugar and serve it.

Ingredients for Badami Sharbat:

Milk 3 cups
Badami kulfa 4 scoops
Almonds/pistachios 2 tbsp
Saffron 1/ 4 tsp
Green cardamon powder 1/4 tsp
Crushed ice 1 cup


Method for Badami Sharbat:

1. First put milk, badami kulfa, almonds/pistachios, saffron, cardamon and crushed ice in blender and blend it. And serve it quickly.
