Ingredients for Chicken Haleem:

Chicken 1 kg
Oil 1 cup
Onion 2
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp
Red Chilli 1 tbsp
Coriander Seeds 1 tbsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Mix Spices 1 tsp
Wheat 1 cup
Bengal Gram 1/2 cup
Split Green Gram 2 tbsp
Split Orange Gram 2 tbsp
Split Horse Beans 2 tbsp
Rice 2 tbsp
Mace 1/2 tsp
Lemon 2
Mint 1/2 cup
Green Chilli 4-5
Onion 1

Method:

1. Heat oil and add sliced onion, chicken, garlic and ginger and saute it.
2. Now add salt, red chilli, turmeric, coriander, yogurt and cumin powder and saute it.
3. Now add water and liquidate it.
4. Saturate wheat, bengal gram, split green gram, split orange gram, split horse beans and rice in water and boil it.
5. Now satin it little.
6. Put pastern daal into chicken curry.
7. Add mix spices and cook it.
8. Now add mace powder, mint and green chilli.
9. Serve it.

Ingredients for Swap the Kitchen Pizza

For Dough:

Flour 250 gm
Italia Olive Oil Light Virgin 2 tbsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Caster Sugar 1 tsp
Egg 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
Powder Milk 2 tbsp

For Filling:

Chicken Breast 250 gm
Mushrooms 10-12
Sweet Corn 1/2 cup
Green Olives 8-10
Black Olives 8-10
Onion 1
Capsicum 1
Pizza Sauce 1/2 cup
Cheddar Cheese 1/2
Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 Cup
Oregano 1 tsp

Method:

1. Add all things into flour and knead with lukewarm water and cover it and leave for half an hour.
2. Squeeze flour and put it into 12 inch pizza plate and leave it for few minutes till it becomes double.
3. When it becomes double, put pizza sauce.
4. Add boil chicken, cutted mushrooms, onions, capsicum, corn, olives, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and oregano.
5. Bake for 15 minutes on 200 degrees centigrade and serve it.
