Murgh Do Piyaza by Chef Mehboob

Ingredients:

Chicken Leg Piece 8
  • Onion 500 gram
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2-1/2 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil 1-1/2 cup
  • Salt As Taste
  • Crushed Red Chilli 20 gm
  • Crushed Black Pepper 15 gm
  • Turmeric 10 gm
  • Tomato 800 gm
  • Yogurt 60 gm
  • Cumin Seeds 20 gm
  • Crushed Garam Masala 15 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Coriander 1 bunch

Method:

  1. In one karahi pan, heat oil and put cutted onions and golden brown it. Then add it ginger garlic paste and fry it for one minute.
  2. Now add pieces of chicken and do little brown.
  3. Add salt, red chilli, black pepper and turmeric, mix it, add water and parched it (بھوننا).
  4. Cover it and cook it on medium flame, in order that it been cooked.
  5. Now add crushed tomato and yogurt and cook it for some minutes.
  6. Now add all remaining spices.
  7. Now add cubic onions and cook it for one minute.
  8. Garnish with Coriander. Serve it with chapati.
