Creamed Leeks

Ingredients:
- 1 leek, finely sliced
- 3 tbsp double cream
- 50 g butter
- salt and pepper, to taste
Method:
- Take a pan and melt butter on low heat.
- Add the leeks and sauté until soft.
- Then, add the cream and cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
- Serve with rice dishes.
A good way to combine the need for a sauce and a vegetable.
