Apricot Ice Milk

Ingredients:
- 300 g apricots, peeled
- 400 ml vanilla ice cream
- 100 ml milk
Method:
- Squash apricots in a blender.
- Add ice cream and milk and blend until smooth.
- Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes.
