Apricot Ice Milk

Ingredients:

  • 300 g apricots, peeled
  • 400 ml vanilla ice cream
  • 100 ml milk

Method:

  1. Squash apricots in a blender.
  2. Add ice cream and milk and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes.
