Ingredients:
Fish fillet 300 gm
Corn 1 cup
Onion chopped 1
Ginger chopped 1 piece
Green capsicum chopped 1
Red capsicum chopped 1
Zucchini 1 small
Crushed tomatoes 3
Garlic chopped 3 cloves
Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First little boil fish filly with some water and keep it on one side.
Now melt butter in karahi pan.
Add ginger chopped, garlic chopped, onions chopped, green capsicum chopped, red capsicum chopped, zucchini, crushed tomatoes, corn, lemon juice and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add chilli garlic sauce and salt and give dum (دم) for 4 to 5 minutes.
Cut boiled fish with hands and add in it.
Add grater cheddar cheese and chopped coriander leave, mix it and serve it.
