Mexican Caramba by Chef Zakir

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillet 300 gm
  • Corn 1 cup
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Ginger chopped 1 piece
  • Green capsicum chopped 1
  • Red capsicum chopped 1
  • Zucchini 1 small
  • Crushed tomatoes 3
  • Garlic chopped 3 cloves
  • Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First little boil fish filly with some water and keep it on one side.
  2. Now melt butter in karahi pan.
  3. Add ginger chopped, garlic chopped, onions chopped, green capsicum chopped, red capsicum chopped, zucchini, crushed tomatoes, corn, lemon juice and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Now add chilli garlic sauce and salt and give dum (دم) for 4 to 5 minutes.
  4. Cut boiled fish with hands and add in it.
  5. Add grater cheddar cheese and chopped coriander leave, mix it and serve it.
