Curry Masala Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 240 ml vegetable oil
  • 5 tbsp garlic puree
  • 4 tbsp ginger puree
  • 240 ml onion puree
  • 500 g canned tomatoes with juice
  • 6 tbsp tomato paste
  • 3 tsp salt 2 tbsp sugar

Method:

  1. Combine oil, garlic, ginger, onion, tomatoes and sugar.
  2. Heat over low heat.
  3. Serve hot.
