Ingredients for Strawberry Jam:
Strawberries 1/2 kg (sliced)
Sugar 1/2 kg
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method:
Cut strawberries from the center.
In one big bowl mix with sugar and keep in refrigerator for 12 hours.
Take it out in one big pan, cook it with lemon juice for 15 to 20 minutes and stir continuously, until the jam should ready.
Then secure it in jar.
Ingredients for Chicken 65 dhaba style:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg cubes
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp heaped
Flour 2 tbsp
Ginger 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
All spice 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Egg 1
Salt 1 tsp
Green chillies 4 cut
Strawberry red color pinch
Curry leaves 15 to 20
Oil for deep frying
Method:
In one bowl, add boneless chicken, yogurt, soya sauce, corn flour, ginger, garlic, crushed red pepper, all spice, chilli powder, lemon juice, egg, salt and strawberry red color and marinate for 2 hours.
In on karahi pan, heat oil, deep fry chicken pieces until it becomes golden brown.
Now in separate karahi pan, heat oil, add curry leaves and green chillies.
Now add fried chicken in it and toss it well.
In end, serve it with onion rings and lemon.
