Prawns Rice Thai Balls by Chef Zakir

Ingredients:

  • Prawns 1/2 kg
  • Boiled rice 200 gram
  • Egg 1
  • Onion 1
  • Green chillies 2
  • Fresh red chillies 2
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon skin 1/2 tsp
  • Sesame seed 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In copper, add prawns, onion, green chillies, fresh red chillies, coriander, salt and black pepper powder, grind it and take out in one bowl.
  2. Now add lemon skin, egg, flour, corn flour, desiccated coconut, sesame seeds, some coriander leaves and salt in boiled rice and mix it.
  3. Now add prawns mixture in it and mix it well.
  4. Put dry maida on your hand, make small small balls and fry it in karahi pan until it color becomes golden. Then take it out and serve it.
