Chicken Seekh Kabab And Sizzling Chicken Stick by Sara Riaz

Ingredients for Chicken Seekh Kabab:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Onions chopped 3 tbsp
  • Green chillies 6
  • Coriander Leaves as required
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 2

Method:

  1. Mix salt, lemon juice, black pepper, mustard powder, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and green chillies in chicken mince.
  2. Wash hand with oil and make seekh kabab of mixture.
  3. Put seekh kabab in oven tray and bake it for 10 minutes on 180 degrees C.
  4. Put oil in frying pan and fry kabab.
  5. Give smoke of coal.
  6. Take out in serving dish.
  7. Serve with onion rings, mint and slice onion.

Ingredients for Sizzling Chicken Stick:

  • Chicken Breast boneless 2
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard powder 1/2 tsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Hp sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 2
  • Mix vegetable 1 cup
  • French fries 1 packet
  • Stick sauce 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Open chicken breast and give shape of leaf.
  2. Marinate it with salt, black pepper, garlic, mustard powder, wooster sauce, hp sauce, chilli sauce and oil.
  3. Add butter and fry stick.
  4. When fried, add stick sauce.
  5. Heat sizzle. Put onion rings and fry stick.
  6. Sprinkle with black pepper powder.
  7. Serve it with french fries and mix vegetable.
