Grilled Flame Chicken, Pari Pari Sauce And Strawberry Kiss by Sara Riaz

Ingredients for Grilled Flame Chicken:

  • Chicken with skin 1 kg (4 pieces)
  • Soya sauce 4 tbsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Wooster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Paprika 2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • Meat tenderizer 1 tsp
  • Perry perry sauce 4 tbsp
  • Small ban 4
  • French fries 1 packet

Method:

  1. Wash chicken, dry it and rase it with knife.
  2. Now add together soya sauce, black pepper, garlic, wooster sauce, lemon juice, salt, paprika, perry perry sauce and meat tenderizer and leave it for 4 to 5 hours.
  3. Bake in 180 degrees C.
  4. In one pan, heat oil and fry chicken.
  5. Serve it with french fries and buns.

Ingredients for Perry Perry Sauce:

  • Whole red chilli 1/2 cup
  • Chopped red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Chillies 4
  • Onion 1
  • Achari rai 1 tsp
  • Coriander chopped 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Critic acid 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Soak whole red chilli and chopped red chilli in water for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Then take out water.
  3. Noe add all ingredients in chillies and blend it.
  4. Perry perry sauce is ready.

Ingredients for Perry Perry Rice:

  • Rice 250 gram
  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Salt as required
  • Perry perry masala 4 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Boil rice for half an hour.
  2. Heat oil and fry together chopped garlic and onion.
  3. Now together perry perry sauce and boiled rice in it.
  4. Add together tomato and capsicum and mix it.
  5. Now simmer it for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve it when it is ready.

Ingredients for Strawberry Kiss:

  • Strawberries 1 cup
  • Banana 2
  • Ice 1 cup
  • Grapes juice 1 cup

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients in blender and blend it until it becomes smooth.
  2. Serve it in glass.
