Banana Raisin Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/3 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 dash salt
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, peanut butter, egg, banana, and milk.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture just until moistened.
- Fold in the raisins and peanuts.
- Transfer to a greased pan.
- Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Cool and serve.
