Peanut Butter Chocolate Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 28 oz. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 lb. powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips, melted

Method:

  1. In a bowl, cream butter and cream cheese with an electric beater until fluffy. Gradually add sugar and peanut butter, alternating.
  2. Shape mixture into egg shapes about 1 1/2 to 2 inches long.
  3. Dip in melted chocolate chips and cool on waxed paper.
  4. Serve

Delicious chocolatey balls.
