Ingredients for Daal Madras: 
Cow-pea 1/4 cup 
Whole White Lentil 1/4 cup 
Chickpea 1/4 cup 
Onion 1 
Tomato 2 
Green Chilli 4 
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp 
Salt As Taste 
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp 
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp 
Butter 2 tbsp 
Milk 1/2 cup 
Cumin Seeds 1/4 tsp 
Mustard Seeds 1/4 tsp 
Coriander 1/4 cup  
Method: 
Soak cow-pea, whole white lentil and chickpea in water for one night, 
Now cook in pressure cooker, mesh it and keep in one side. 
Heat butter in one pan, add mustard seeds & cumin seeds and fry it. 
Fry together ginger garlic paste and green chillies for few minutes. 
Now add onion & tomato and cook it until brown. 
Add salt, turmeric & red chilli powder and cook it. 
Add daal mash and cook it for few minutes. 
Add fresh cream & coriander, mix it. 
Serve it with hot capati.   
Ingredients Rajastani Bhindi: 
Okra 250 gram 
Onion Seeds 1/2 tsp 
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp 
White Flour 3 tsp 
Cumin Powder 1 tsp 
Green Chilli 4 
Coriander Powder 1 tsp 
Fennel Seeds 1-1/2 tsp 
Mango Dry Powder 1 tsp 
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp 
Whole Cumin 1/4 tsp 
Cooking Oil 1/4 cup 
Turmeric Powder 1/4 cup  
Method: 
Wash okra nicely. 
Dry okra, cut from both end and make a cut in center. 
Mix fennel seeds & all masala except cumin powder & onion seeds in one pan. 
Now mix oil and salt in it and fill in okra. 
Now heat oil in one pan, add cumin powder, green chillies, onion seeds & remaining fennel seeds and fry it for few seconds. 
Now add okra in it and cook it for 5 minutes. 
Now cover it, cook it for few minutes. 
Remove the cover, stir it and cook it till it becomes crispy. 
Garnish with ginger & coriander and serve it.
