Ingredients for Chicken Spaghetti Casserole:

  • Spaghetti 1 packet
  • Onion 1
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Chicken Mince 1/2 kg
  • Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
  • Mushroom 4-6
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Mustard Powder 1 tsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

For Sauce:

  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • White Pepper to taste
  • Mustard Powder as require
  • Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Oregano 1 tsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, fry onion. then add garlic, chicken mince, salt, black pepper, mustard powder & tomato paste and roast it.
  2. When mince is ready, add ketchup, chopped mushrooms & chopped capsicum and roast it.
  3. Boil spaghetti.
  4. For sauce: Heat butter and put in flour. Then add salt, black pepper & milk and make sauce.
  5. Grease oven proof dish.
  6. Put pasta and chicken mixture on top. Together sprinkle oregano.
  7. Put pasta again. Spread sauce on top.
  8. Put cheese and oregano.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes and serve it.

Ingredients for Fish Kabab:

  • Fish Fillet Boneless 1/2 kg
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Mix Spice 1 tsp
  • Roasted Cumin 1 tsp
  • Roasted Gram Flour 4 tbsp
  • Fried Onion 2 tbsp
  • Egg 1
  • Green Chilli 3
  • Red Chilli 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put lemon juice on fish pieces, steam it and mash it.
  2. Now keep it for cool.
  3. Now add all ingredients, mix it, make kabab and shallow fry it.
  4. Fish Kabab is ready.
