Ingredients for Rabri:
Milk 3 liter
Sugar 100 gram
Cardamom, Nutmeg & Mace powder 1 pinch
Pistachio sliced to garnish
Method:
Boil milk and cook in jalebi karahi pan on medium flame. When balai come on milk, keep it on the edges of four sides. Balai will be made of whole milk in 90 to 120 minutes.
When milk remains few in center of karahi pan, add sugar, cardamom, nutmeg, mace, dissolve it and put them on balai on four sides.
Rabri is ready.
Ingredients for Gobi Manchurian:
Cauliflower 1 medium
Flour 1/2 cup
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Green chillies 2
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 3 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Oil 1/4 cup
Method:
Mix flour, corn flour, salt & little water and make paste.
Now dip pieces of cauliflower into this paste, deep fry in hot oil until it color becomes golden brown.
Take out and keep aside, now heat oil in karahi pan, add ginger garlic paste in it and fry it.
Then add onion chopped and chopped green chillies.
Now also add soya sauce, ketchup and chilli garlic sauce.
Roast it for few minutes, then add fried cauliflower in it, mix it nicely, sprinkle it with chopped coriander leaves and serve it as hot.
Ingredients for Naan Khatai:
Ghee 7 ounces
Caster sugar 6 ounces
Flour 8 ounces
Gram flour 2 ounces
Baking powder 2 tsp
Baking soda 1/2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Roasted almonds As required
Egg yolk 2 for brushing
