Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Cottage cheese
  • 2 Eggs; well beaten
  • 1/2 cup Chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 10 Sheets of pastry
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter; melted

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine cheese, eggs, parsley and salt and mix well.
  2. Cut each sheet of pastry dough in halves, working with one sheet at a time.
  3. Brush sheet with butter and fold each half twice vertically to form narrow strip.
  4. Place about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture at one end of each strip. Fold one corner across filling to form triangle.
  5. Brush with more butter. Continue folding in triangles, flag-style, and brushing with butter.
  6. Place triangles on baking sheets and bake at 350F for about 15 to 20 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
