Jumbo Beef Burger And Strawberry Dream by Sara Riaz

Ingredients for Jumbo Beef Burger:

• Beef mince 1/2 kg
• Bread Slices 3
• Milk 1/4 cup
• Egg 1
• Salt 1 tsp
• Black pepper powder 1 tsp
• Mustard powder 1 tsp
• Paprika 1 tsp
• Garlic 1/2 tsp
• Wooster sauce 1 tsp
• Ketchup 1 tsp
• Knorr cube 1

Method:

1. Add salt, black pepper, mustard powder, egg, bread slices dipped in milk, paprika, ketchup, wooster sauce and chopped green chillies in mince and mix it.
2. Now wash your hands, make kabab of mixture.
3. Heat oil in frying pan and fry kabab.
4. Cut bun into half from center, spread butter and roast it.
5. Spread mayonnaise on top. Keep salad leaves, coleslaw salad, kabab and second bun.
6. Spread mayonnaise on top. Keep salad leaves, cheese slice and kabab.
7. Then cover with third bun and put tooth pick.
8. Serve with coleslaw salad and french fries.

Ingredients for Strawberry Dream:

• Orange juice fresh 1 cup
• Strawberry 1 cup
• Yogurt 1/2 cup
• Ice 1 cup

Method:

1. Blend orange juice, strawberry, yogurt and ice in blender.
2. Put in glass and serve cool.
