Ingredients for Anda Piza Paratha:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Wheat flour 1 cup
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Eggs 3
  • Green chillies chopped 3
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Onions chopped 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Water As required
  • Ghee For frying

Ingredients for Blueberry Shots:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Caster sugar 5 tbsp heaped
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Blueberries dried 2 tbsp
  • White chocolate chips 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp heaped

Ingredients for Fry Qeema:

  • Beef mince 1/2 kg
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tsp
  • Chilli powder 2-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Tomatoes chopped 3
  • Coriander leaves 4 tbsp
  • Green chillies 4
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
