Ingredients for Mutton Aloo Masala:
Mutton boneless 1/2 kg
Chicken stock 1 cup
Coconut milk 1 cup
Onion sliced 1
Potatoes 3
Tomatoes 3
Fresh red chillies 3-4
Garlic chopped 4 cloves
Ginger 1 piece
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
First boil half potatoes and keep aside.
Now heat oil in karahi pan, add ginger & garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Then add onion sliced and cook until soft.
Now add mutton boneless and cook until its color changes.
Then add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric, chilli powder, coconut milk & chicken stock, cover it and leave it for cook.
After 20 to 25 minutes, when mutton is cooked, add boiled chopped tomatoes, boiled potatoes, coriander leaves & red chillies, mix it in high flame and serve hot.
