Vegetable Lal Kabab by Chef Zakir

Ingredients for Vegetable Lal Kabab:

  • Boiled potatoes 2
  • Carrot boiled 1
  • Boiled turnip 1
  • Egg 1
  • Raisin chopped 25 gram
  • Cabbage chopped 1/4 piece
  • Flour 1/2 cup
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First mesh potatoes nicely in one bowl. Then add carrot, cabbage, turnip, salt, black pepper, raisin, coriander crushed, mint leaves, coriander leaves & crushed cumin, mix it nicely and keep aside.
  2. Now add egg, flour & milk in separate bowl and make batter.
  3. Now make small cutlets of vegetable mixture.
  4. Now heat oil for deep fry in pan.
  5. Dip cutlets in batter, fry until light color and serve it.
