Ingredients for Pan Roasted Fish With Tomato Sauce:

  • Fish fillet 1/2 kg
  • Broccoli 1 flower
  • Boiled tomatoes 4
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First cut fish into pieces.
  2. Now in one bowl, marinate fish with salt, crushed black pepper & lemon juice.
  3. Then beat it with dry flour & shallow fry with oil.
  4. when all pieces is fried, keep aside.
  5. Now boil broccoli and keep aside.
  6. Then in another pan, add boiled tomatoes, black pepper powder, salt, oregano & sugar and simmer it with little water.
  7. Cook on high flame after 6 to 7 minutes.
  8. When tomatoes are cooked, grind in chopper, when paste is ready, filter it.
  9. Now spread tomato sauce on platter & put boiled broccoli on top. Put fish and spread little soya sauce on top and serve it.
