Berry Sauce

Ingredients:
- 250 gm sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup orange juice
- 5 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tbsp orange peel
- Pinch of salt
Method:
- In a sauce pan put all the cranberries with water and let it boil on medium heat.
- When the berries starts to tenderize or burst, add sugar and orange juice and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Add cinnamon powder when sauce gets thick, then add salt and orange peel and cook for further 5 minutes.
- After that remove the pan from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
- Serve.
This berry sauce can be used in making sandwiches, burgers, etc.
