Ingredients for Murgh Shahenshahi:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • Cashew nut 15
  • Fried chillies 6
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 3
  • Egg 4
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Whole mix spices 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Poppy seeds 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves As required

Ingredients for Mughlai Kofta Rasedar:

  • Cottage cheese 400 gram
  • Red chillies 1 tsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Flour (maida) 2 tbsp
  • Almonds 15
  • Salt To taste

For Gravy:

  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Mix spices 1 tsp
  • Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Whole mix spices 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Nigella seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 4 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves As required
  • Salt To taste
  • Almonds 20

  • Roghni kulchy For serving
