  • Mutton Leg 1 whole
  • Fry onion 1 cup

  • Khoya 1/2 cup
  • Almonds 20
  • Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg mace 1/2 tsp
  • Small cardamom 1/2 tsp
  • Mix spice powder 1 tsp
  • Salt As required
  • Boiled eggs 4
  • Almonds 10

Ingredients for Murgh Badami:

  • Chicken 12 pieces
  • Almond 100 gram
  • Yogurt 250 gram
  • Tomato 4
  • Onion 3
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Black cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Salt As required
  • Mint Few leaves
  • Cream 1/2 cup
