Ingredients for Donuts:

  • Flour 2 cup
  • Baking Powder 2 tsp
  • Nutmeg, Mace 1/4 tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Milk Powder 4 tbsp
  • Caster Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Icing Sugar for dusting

Method:

  1. Add salt & baking powder in flour and strain it.
  2. Now add nutmeg, mace, egg, milk, ghee, sugar & water, make dough and keep in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Now roll dough and cut with donut cutter.
  4. Fry on hot oil on low flame until golden.
  5. In end, sprinkle with icing sugar
  6. Donuts in ready.

Ingredients for Cutlets With Tomato Sauce:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Bread 4 slices
  • Egg 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander 1/2 cup
  • Green Chilli 8-10
  • Mix Spices 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp

For Sauce:

  • Tomato 1/2 kg
  • Whole Mix Spice 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in mince nicely.
  2. Now add soft soaked bread slices in water.
  3. Now mix chopped onion, coriander & green chillies in it and make kabab.
  4. Now scroll in bread crumbs, dip in eggs and deep fry it.
  5. For Sauce: Heat oil and fry onion.
  6. Now add chopped tomato, vinegar, salt, red chilli & mix spices and cook it.
  7. When thick, strain it.
  8. Serve with kabab.
