Ingredients for Vermicelli Pudding:

  • Vermicelli 4-5 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Butter 50 grams
  • Milk 3 cups
  • condensed milk 3/4 cup
  • Cardamom powder 3/4 tsp
  • Almond as required

Ingredients for American Chopsuey:

  • Egg noodles 1 packet
  • Prawns cleaned 1 cup
  • Boneless chicken 1 cup
  • Salt 1
  • Onion 1
  • Capsicum 1
  • Green onion leaves 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Stock 1/2 cup
  • Crushed garlic 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Chilli garlic sauce 3 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
