Mexican Egg Salad

Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs ¬ boiled
- 1 small red pepper
- 3 ounces green chili peppers ¬
- 1 3 ounce can, chopped
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/8 tbsp cayenne pepper
Method:
- In a pot mix all the ingredients.
- Served it on roasted red peppers on the grill.
