Ingredients for Nuggets:
Chicken Mince 1/2 kg
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Bread Slice 2
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Thyme Leaves 1/4 tsp
Eggs 2
Bread Crumbs as require
Method:
Add chicken mince, bread slices, 1 egg, salt, black pepper & soya sauce in chopper and chop it.
Now make nuggets and dip in eggs.
Roll in bread crumbs and deep fry it.
Nuggets is ready.
Ingredients for Banana Split Dessert Pizza:
Condensed Milk 1 tin
Cream 1/2 packet
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Butter 4 ounce
Flour 1 cup
Brown Sugar 1/4 cup
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Walnuts 3/4 cup
Banana 4
Chocolate Sauce as require
Cherries 7-8
Gelatine 1 tbsp
Method:
Add condensed milk, cream, lemon juice & vanilla essence in one bowl and mix it.
Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup water and add in condensed milk mixture.
For Pizza Base: Beat butter & sugar and put in flour. Then add crushed walnuts, make dough and keep in refrigerator.
Now roll dough in pizza plate and make cut with fork.
Bake on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes and cool it.
Spread condensed milk mixture, banana slice, cheese and walnuts.
Spread chocolate sauce and serve it.
Ingredients for Four Season Pizza:
Flour 250 gram
Yeast 1 tsp
Milk Powder 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Egg 1
Salt 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Pizza Sauce 1/2 cup
Cheddar Cheese 1/2 cup
Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup
Roasted Chicken Mince 250 gram
Roasted Beef Mince 250 gram
Cooked Prawns 250 gram
Oregano 1 tsp
Onion 1
Capsicum 1
Tomato 1
Method:
Add yeast, salt, sugar, oil, egg, powder milk in flour and knead with lukewarm water. Then leave it for 30 minutes.
When flour becomes double, spread on 11 inch grease tray and leave it again for double.
Spread pizza sauce on top. Put roasted beef mince, roasted chicken mince and cooked prawns.
Put onion, tomato, cheese and oregano.
Bake on 190 degrees c for 30 minutes and serve it.
