Ingredients for Spicy Dhuan Dahi Brinjal:

  • Eggplant 1/2 kg
  • Yogurt 1/2 kg
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 1 tbsp
  • Mint leaves 1 tbsp

For Bhagar:

  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • White cumin 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves few
  • Crushed red chillies 1 tsp

Ingredients for Palak Methi Chicken:

  • Chicken 1 kg
  • Spinach 1/2 kg
  • Fenugreek leaves 4 bunches
  • Onion 1 cup
  • Tomato 1 chopped
  • Curd 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies 3 ground
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Zafrani Peda:

  • Khoya 500 grams
  • Sugar 200 grams
  • Ghee 3 tbsp
  • Cardamom 1/4 tsp
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp
  • Saffron food color 1 pinch
  • Silver paper for garnishing
