Ingredients for Lahori Daal Murgh:

  • Chicken (16 pieces) 1 kg
  • Tomato 250 grams
  • Chana Dal 375 grams
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Mix Spices 1 tsp
  • Crushed Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves As required
  • Salt To taste
  • Green Chillies 4-6
  • Naan 4
  • Onion 1

Ingredients for Anokhi Chicken:

  • Chicken Boneless 1/2 kg
  • Mix Spices 1 tsp
  • Red Chilli 1 tsp
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Corn Flour 3 tbsp
  • Tandoori Color 1 pinch
  • Egg 1

For Sauce:

  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2 tbsp
  • Mix Spices 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed Garlic 1 tsp
  • Crushed Ginger 1 tsp
  • Curry Leaves As required
  • Coriander Leaves 1/2 cup
  • Green Chillies 4-6

Method:

  1. Cut chicken into cubes. Then add mix spices. red chilli, salt, ginger, garlic, tandoori color, yogurt, vinegar, egg & corn flour, mix it nicely and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil, deep fry it and take out.
  3. For Sauce: Heat 2 tbsp oil. Then add curry leaves, chopped garlic, chopped ginger & green chillies and fry it.
  4. Now add yogurt, tomato paste, ketchup & mix spices and mix it.
  5. Then add 1/2 cup water and cook it.
  6. In end, add fried chicken.
  7. Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve it.
