Farfel Delight And Goulash by Chef Mehboob

Ingredients for Farfel Delight:

  • Farfel Pasta 1 cup
  • Chicken 3/4 cup
  • Prawns 1/2 cup
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Cream Sauce 2 cup
  • Dakhni Mirch To Taste
  • Salt To Taste
  • Olive Oil 3 tbsp
  • Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
  • Fresh Parsely 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Boil pasta.
  2. Heat olive oil in on pan and roast onion & garlic. Now add chicken & prawns.
  3. Together add capsicum and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Now mix boil pasta in it and put cream sauce on top.
  5. Now do sneezing with chilli and salt.
  6. In end, sprinkle cheddar cheese. Serve with fresh parsley and tomato.

Ingredients for Goulash:

  • Beef Undercut 1 kg
  • Potato 3
  • Onion 3
  • Carrot 4
  • Butter 1 cup
  • Celery 1 cup
  • Garlic 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Paprika Powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Beef Stock 1-1/2 liter
  • White Flour 1 cup
  • Tomato Paste 1/2 cup
  • Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
  • Salt To Taste
  • Parsely 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil & butter in one pan and roast onion, garlic, carrot, potato & celery for 5 minutes.
  2. Now add white flour and cook more for few minutes.
  3. Cut beef into 2 inch cubes.
  4. Heat oil in one pan and cook beef. Then add beef stock and all ingredients.
  5. When boiled, add vegetables mixture and cook on low flame.
  6. When ready, decorate with parsely and serve with hot toasted bread.
