Crunchy Chocolate Bar, Chaat Murgh And Yogurt Chicken by Sara Riaz

Ingredients for Crunchy Chocolate Bar:

  • Brown Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Light Corn Syrup 1/3 cup
  • Butter 1 ounce
  • Chocolate Chips 1/4 cup
  • Crunchy Peanut Butter 1/2 cup
  • Rice Bubbles 4 cup
  • Dark Chocolate 2 ounce

Method:

  1. Grease 12x8 inch rectangular tin. Now paste batter paper and grease it.
  2. In one pan, melt brown sugar and light corn syrup. The add butter & chocolate chips and remove from stove.
  3. Now put peanut butter, mix mixture with rice bubbles nicely, put in tin and push it until it sets.
  4. In end, melt dark chocolate and make design on crunchy bar chocolate.
  5. Keep for cool, cut into pieces and serve it.

Ingredients for Chaat Murgh:

  • Chicken Boneless 1/2 kg
  • Tomato 2
  • Eggs 3
  • Onion 1
  • Green Chilli 2
  • Coriander As required
  • Chaat Masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt To taste
  • Caster Sugar 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Salad Leaves As required

Method:

  1. Boil chicken and cut into pieces.
  2. In one bowl, add tomato, chicken ,onion slice, green chilli, coriander, salt, caster sugar, chaat masala, black pepper & lemon juice and mix it nicely.
  3. Boil eggs and cut into pieces.
  4. Now mix in chicken chaat.
  5. Chaat murgh is ready.

Ingredients for Yogurt Chicken:

  • Chicken 1 kg (12 pieces)
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Green Chilli 4
  • Salt To taste
  • Coriander 1/2 cup
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tbsp
  • Cream 1/2 packet

Method:

  1. Put salt, black pepper, ginger, garlic & crushed onion in yogurt and mix it.
  2. Now add chicken, marinate it and fry little in hot ghee.
  3. Together add some water and cook chicken.
  4. When chicken is cooked well, put coriander & cream and serve it.
