Ingredients for Gilafi Kebabs:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Capsicum 1
  • Tomato 1
  • Onion 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies 4 chopped
  • Ginger 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts 8
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Malai 2 tbsp
  • Bread 1

Ingredients for Moti Mahal Butter Chicken:

  • Chicken 1 kg (12 pieces)
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Hung curd 1/2 cup
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
  • Orange color 1 pinch
  • All spice 1 tsp

Ingredients for Makhani Gravy:

  • Butter 4 ounce
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Cashew nuts grinded 6
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Cream 1/2 cup
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 2 slice
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for Bade Miyan Ki Mutton Biryani:

  • Chicken 1 kg (12 pieces)
  • Ginger chopped 2 tbsp
  • Black pepper 8
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Cinnamon stick 1
  • Cloves 4
  • Green cardamom 6
  • Brown onion 1 cup
  • Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Yellow color 1/4 tsp
  • Orange color 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Kewra water 2 tsp

Coarsely grinded and make a spice bag:

  • Fennel seeds 2 tsp
  • Coriander seeds 2 tsp
  • Cumin seed 2 tsp
  • Rice 750 gram

Ingredients for Khoya Kheer:

  • Peas 2 cups
  • Cloves 2
  • Khoya 100 gram
  • Green chilli 2
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • All spice 1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

  • @ Saima: Shireen Anwar never works while attending a phone call unlike other chefs.. as she wants to clear the recipe for all of us..I think callers bothers her too much.. the channel shud have a specific tym to answer the queries either on FB or thru calls. this wud perhaps relax her a bit..For reading recipe..she may revise them during break time lyk others.. :)

  • If she cannot manage , she should notmake 4 dishes at one time. There was also disturbance from back office too, they were intrupting her alot by asking questions. Let her do her work first then ask for the questions. Another thing , she should practice the recepie first, then cook it on a channel, if she cannot do this atleast she should read it properly before starting the recepie. It was looking very bad that during the prepartion of recepie cooking expert is stoping first , the reading it and finally putting the ingredients in a bowl or cooking pot. asala tv and Sheren Anwer both are good but please orginze and prepare yourself and start cooking, It does not matter to us (viewrs) that how much u r cooking in one time, there should be quality standerd not quantity. and if chef is buzy or getting confuse, please stop asking questions let her do her job first.Thanx Saima
