Ingredients for Molten Lava:

  • Cooking chocolate 4 ounce
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Egg yolks 2
  • Flour 6 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder For dressing
  • Chocolate sauce As required
  • Icing sugar As required

Method:

  1. Melt cooking chocolate & butter in micro wave oven for 1 minute and mix it nicely.
  2. Cool it, put sugar, eggs & egg yolks and mix it.
  3. Together add flour and mix it nicely.
  4. Grease cup cases of big size. Then sprinkle cocoa powder and put mixture.
  5. Bake on 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
  6. Dust with chocolate sauce & icing sugar.
  7. Serve with ice cream.

Ingredients for Short Bread Fingers:

  • White butter 250 grams
  • Caster sugar 1/2 cup
  • Flour 2 cup
  • Rice flour 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar.
  2. Mix rice flour & flour and mix in butter.
  3. Now roll flour and cut into fingers shapes.
  4. Now make marks with fork.
  5. Bake on 170 degrees C for 40 minutes and serve it.
