Ingredients for Gelato Jalebi:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Sugar Syrup 2 kg
  • Ghee 1 kg
  • Baking Powder 2 tsp
  • Food Color As required

Method:

  1. Add flour in baking powder and make mixture with water.
  2. Now leave for 15 minutes.
  3. Now put in jalebi bag and fry it on hot ghee until light brown.
  4. Take out jalebi and dip in syrup.
  5. When jalebi absorb syrup, serve hot.

Ingredients for Imli Aur Aloo Bukharay Ka Sharbat:

  • Dry Plums 250 grams
  • Tamarind 250 grams
  • Sugar 120 grams
  • Black Pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Salt To taste

Method:

  1. Soak dry plums & tamarind in water and leave for 2 hours.
  2. Take out seeds, put in pot and keep on stone.
  3. Then add sugar, black pepper & salt and boil it.
  4. Cool mixture and put 2 tbsp in glass.
  5. In end, add cold water and serve.
