Ingredients for Shahi Kulfa:

  • Condensed milk 1 tin
  • Evaporated milk 1 tin
  • Fresh bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Almond 1/4 cup
  • Pistachio 1/4 cup
  • Cream 400 grams
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Saffron 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in blender nicely.
  2. Now put this mixture into air tight container or sand molder and freeze for 6 to 8 hours.
  3. When it is completely freezed, serve cold.

Ingredients for Chicken Jhat Pat:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilli 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 1 tsp
  • Mix spices powder 1/2tsp
  • Chaat masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp
  • Salad For serving
  • Raita For serving
  • Coal 1 piece

Method:

  1. Mariante chicken with all ingredients and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook chicken on low flame in one pan.
  3. When water dries and chicken cooked well, give the smoke of coal.
  4. Serve with raita and salad.
