Ingredients for Tiger Cake:

  • Butter 200 gram
  • Caster Sugar 200 gram
  • Flour 200 gram
  • Baking Powder 2 tsp
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Eggs 4
  • Cocoa powder 1 tbsp

For Chocolate Icing:

  • Cocoa Powder 1/2 cup
  • Butter 150 gram
  • Icing Sugar 2 cup
  • Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
  • Cream 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. For Cake: Beat butter & sugar and add one egg.
  2. Strain flour and baking powder.
  3. Now add 1 tbsp flour & second egg in butter mixture. Now add all eggs like this.
  4. In end, mix remaining flour, milk & vanilla essence, make mixture and separate into 2 parts.
  5. Then put cocoa powder in second part.
  6. Grease 8 inch pan. Then put white mixture and chocolate mixture.
  7. Add plain mixture in top and mix little with knife.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes on 180 degrees C and take out.
  9. In end, chill it and do icing.
  10. For Icing: Melt butter & cocoa powder on stove.
  11. Now remove from stove.Then add icing sugar & cream, mix it and keep in refrigerator for few minutes.
  12. When chill, beat it.
  13. Icing is ready.

Ingredients for Box Pettiest:

  • Pastry Sheets 6 dozen
  • Potato 1/2 kg
  • Cottage Cheese 1 packet
  • Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Onion 1
  • Coriander As required
  • Green Chilli 4
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Peal potato, boil it, mash it and add cheddar cheese in it.
  2. Now put, chopped onion, coriander, green chilli, salt, black pepper & lemon juice and mix it.
  3. Cross 2 samosa patty, put mixture in center and fold from all sides.
  4. Deep fry in hot oil and serve.
