Ingredients for Badami Malai Murgh:

  • Chicken 1 kg (16 pieces)
  • Tomato 250 gram
  • Onion 2
  • Fresh cream 1 packet
  • Yogurt 200 gram
  • Almond 15
  • Salt To taste
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Red chilli  2 tsp
  • Whole cumins 1 tbsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves As required
  • Green chillies As required
  • Roghni kulchy 4

Method:

  1. Fry onion in hot ghee and add cumins.
  2. Now add ginger garlic & chicken and fry little.
  3. Peel tomato, take out seeds and chop it.
  4. Mix tomato, salt, red chilli, yogurt & all spice powder in chicken and leave for simmer.
  5. In end, add cream & almond paste and mix it.
  6. Add coriander & green chillies on top.
  7. Badami malai murgh is ready.

Ingredients for Shahi Murgh Cholay:

  • Chicken 8 pieces
  • Chana 750 grams
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Red chilli 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • All spice 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Soak chana with soda whole night and boil it in morning.
  2. Heat ghee and add salt & red chilli, Then add some water and roast it.
  3. Add together all spice powder & 1 cup water and boil it.
  4. Now add chicken, cover it and cook.
  5. When chicken is tender, add boiled chana.
  6. Cook few minutes and then serve.
