Ingredients for Baked Chocolate Donuts:
1 cup four
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
4 tsp butter melted
2 tbsp coffee
1 tsp vanilla essence
For Glaze:
1 cup icing sugar
2 tbsp hot water
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Sprinkles to decorate
Method:
Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl, whisk milk, sugar, egg, butter, coffee and essence till smooth.
Add milk mixture to dry mixture, whisk till smooth.
Fill each greased doughnut cup 3/4 full.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 13-15 minutes or till doughnut spring back when touched.
Let cool before removing from tin.
Dust with icing sugar.
For the glaze, blend icing sugar, essence and hot water.
Dip the doughnuts in the glaze and then dip them in sprinkles.
Ingredients for Bun Kabab:
2 egg whites
1/2 tsp black cumin seeds
1/2 cup chana dal
1 cucumber
2 potatoes (boiled & mashed)
1 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tomato (sliced)
1/2 tsp white cumin
4 bun
Method:
Boil & mash the potatoes and set aside.
Boil the chana dal in water with 1/2 tsp of salt.
Boil until well soft.
Strain the water from the dal.
Then mash & mix the boiled dal with the mashed potatoes.
Then make round kababs out of this mixture.
Then dip the kababs in the beaten egg whites.
Then shallow fry in oil.
Cut the buns in half and lightly heat in a little oil in a frying pan.
Pit chutney, salad eaves, kabab, cucumber and tomato slice.
Top with burn and serve hot.
Ingredients for Monkey Milkshake:
1 cup strawberries
1 cup banana
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla essence
3 ice cubes
Method:
Combine ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth and fluffy.
Serve cold.
