Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 tsp. tarragon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. chives
  • 1 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Method:

  1. Clean and dry mushrooms.
  2. Mix all ingredients together.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator for 8−12 hours.
  4. Serve.

No cook mushroom dish
