Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
- 1 tsp. tarragon
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. chives
- 1 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Method:
- Clean and dry mushrooms.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Marinate in refrigerator for 8−12 hours.
- Serve.
