Ingredients for Chicken Teriyaki:

  • Chicken boneless breast 4
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup

For Teriyaki Sauce:

  • Chicken bones 1/2 kg
  • Ginger 2 inch piece
  • Garlic 8 cloves
  • Water 4 cups
  • Kikkoman soy sauce 1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Fish Tempura:

  • Boneless fish finger 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Dry flour as required

Ingredients for Chicken Teppanyaki Garlic Rice:

  • Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Coarsely chopped garlic 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Kikkoman soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Bean sprouts 1 cup
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Capsicum sliced 1
  • Carrot sliced 1
  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Water 1/4 cup
