Karahi Qeema And Aam Ka Achar by Chef Mehboob

Ingredients for Karahi Qeema:

  • Mutton mince 1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Whole mix spice 20 gram
  • Capsicum 1/2 cup
  • Green chilli 8
  • Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Tomato 6
  • Karahi masala powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Ginger 1 inch

Method:

  1. Add mince, ginger garlic paste, yogurt, lemon juice, whole mix spice & salt in one bowl, mix it and keep in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Heat oil in one pan and roast green chilli.
  3. Now add marinated mince in it and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Together add tomato, capsicum, coriander powder, cumin powder & karahi masala powder, mix it and cook it.
  5. Put some water, cover it and cook it.
  6. Put in serving dish.
  7. Decorate with coriander & julian ginger.
  8. Serve with hot chapati.

Ingredients for Aam Ka Achar:

  • Keri 3 big
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Nigella sees 1 tsp
  • Fennel seed 2 tbsp
  • Chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seed 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 cup
