Uncle Gola And Khatti Methi Keri by Saadat Siddiqui

Ingredients for Uncle Gola:

• Ice as required
• Red sharbat 1 cup
• Orange squash 1 cup
• Ice cream soda squash 1 cup
• Fruit cocktail 1 tin
• Chocolate sauce as required
• Condensed milk 1 tin
• Walnut 50 gram
• Pistachio 50 gram
• Instant fruit jelly 1 packet
  

Method:

1. Crush ice in one glass.
2. Add all flavor on top.
3. In end, add all dry fruit & jelly and serve it.
   

Ingredients for Khatti Methi Keri:

• Salt 1 tsp
• Sugar 3 tbsp
• Chilli powder 1 tsp
• Keri 2-3
  

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients nicely, add on top of keri and leave for 5 minutes.
2. Khatti methi keri is ready.
