Ingredients for Raab:

  • Keri 1/2 kg
  • Sugar 1/2 kg
  • Yellow color 1 pinch

Method:

  1. Peel keri, crush keri and soak in water.
  2. Now keep on stove and add yellow color. When keri becomes soft, add sugar, cook it and do thick.
  3. Use as murabba.

Ingredients for Keri Bhuna Gosht:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Ker 1
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Green chilli 4-6

Method:

  1. Heat oil and fry onion. Then add ginger, garlic, salt, red chilli, turmeric, coriander and mutton and roast it.
  2. When mutton cooked well, add chopped tomato and chopped keri and leave for simmer.
  3. Lastly, add coriander leaves, green chilli & garam masala and serve it.
