Ingredients for Cold Noodles Salad:

  • 2 cup noodles
  • 1 cup carrot grated
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup red cabbage
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Method:

  1. Mix noodles, carrot, onion, red cabbage, garlic, ginger, soya sauce, lemon juice and sesame seeds nicely in one bowl.
  2. Cold noodles salad is ready.

Ingredients for Eggless Vanilla Ice Cream:

  • 14 ounce condensed milk
  • 5 ounce evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 cup whole milk

Method:

  1. In one bowl, add condensed milk, evaporated milk, sugar, vanilla and milk and blend it.
  2. Freeze over night.

Ingredients for Gazpacho Cold Spanish Soup:

  • 3 cups tomato juice
  • 3 tomatoes cut up
  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 1 green capsicum diced
  • 1 tbsp parsely
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 juice of lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 clove of garlic smashed

Method:

  • Blend tomato juice, tomatoes, cucumber, green capsicum, parsely, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and garlic in blender.
  • Chill and serve.
