Herbed Corn

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups corn
  • 1 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 12 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3/4 cup butter, cubed
  • 4 to 6 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method:

  1. In a pan over medium-high heat, cook and stir the corn, onion and garlic in butter for 5 minutes.
  2. Add Italian seasoning and salt; cook 2-4 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender.
  3. Serve warm

A healthy, delicious side dish prepared in under 10 minutes.
