Ingredients for Capsicum Masala Rice:

  • Red capsicum 1
  • Yellow capsicum 1
  • Green capsicum 1
  • Whole red chilli 6
  • Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Urad dal 1 tsp
  • Peanut 2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 10-12
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Coriander 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Roast whole red chilli, mustard seed, cumin, coriander, urad dal, peanut and curry leaves and pommel (kutna) it.
  2. Heat butter and oil. Then add chopped capsicum, fry it and add salt and masala.
  3. Soak rice for 30 minutes and boil it.
  4. No add rice, mix nicely and leave for simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add coriander leaves and serve it.

Ingredients for Malai Kofta Curry:

  • Cheese 200 gram
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

For Gravy:

  • Onion 2
  • Small cardamom 8
  • Curry leave 2
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • Cashew nut 20
  • Green chilli 6
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup

For Stuffing:

  • Cashew nut 10
  • Raisin 20
