Ingredients for Mirch Masala Daal Chicken:

  • Boneless chicken 2 cups
  • Gram lentil boiled 1 cup
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Tomatoes 2 chopped
  • Red chilli whole 6
  • Roasted cumin whole 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Khatai powder 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies 4 slit
  • Ginger Julian 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Jhat Pat Kairi Ka Achar:

  • Hard ground raw mangoes 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Achari mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion seeds 1 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp
  • Whole red pepper 6
  • White cumin whole 1 tsp

Ingredients for Kairi Ka Sharbat:

  • Raw mangoes 1 kg
  • Water 1-1/2 cup
  • Sugar 1 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Critic acid 1 tsp
  • Meta bi Sulphate 1// tsp

Ingredients for Purple Velvet Pie:

  • Egg yolk 1
  • Flour 8 ounces
  • Butter 5 ounces
  • Cold water to knead as required
  • Caster sugar 5 tbsp
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Blueberry pie filling 1/2 tin
  • Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
