Bhindi Gosht And Potato Crunchy Noodles by Chef Samina

Ingredients for Bhindi Gosht:

  • Mutton 750 gram
  • Okra 250 gram
  • Oil 3/4 cup
  • Onion Paste 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chilli 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  • Mix Spiced Powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green Chilli, Coriander as required
  • Roti or Naan for serving

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add mutton and ginger garlic paste and roast it.
  2. Then add chopped onion, tomato, salt, chillies, turmeric and coriander and roast masala.
  3. Together add yogurt and water and cook until mutton cooked well.
  4. After it, roast more.
  5. Now add green chilli and all spiced powder and add enough water until shorba is ready.
  6. Cut okra from top and down and keep whole. Then fry in 2 to 3 tbsp oil.
  7. When shorba becomes thick, add okra and stir continuously.
  8. When boiled 1 times, close stove immediately and leave for 15 minutes.
  9. Take out in serving dish. Add green chilli, coriander and all spiced powder and serve it.

Ingredients for Potato Crunchy Noodles:

  • Maggi noodles 4 packet
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
  • Green chilli 3
  • Potato 2 cup
  • Coriander 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. In one frying pan, heat oil and fry maggi noodles until golden brown.
  2. In one separate pot, add maggi test maker, mustard paste, mayonnaise, green chilli, boiled potato and coriander and mix it.
  3. Now add golden fried noodles in this mixture and serve hot.
